KRS 454.145 Court may appoint person to serve particular process.
The court, for good cause, may appoint a person to serve a particular process or order, and he shall have the same power to execute it which a sheriff has. His return must be verified by his affidavit.

No affidavit for appointment is necessary for service of a Kentucky subpoena.
Kentucky law retricts us from serving summons in a county that we do not reside in, however, we will accommodate you with a process server in that county.
All out of state process will be served inaccordance to the generating state's laws.
